Do I qualify for Legal Aid?
Victoria Legal Aid provides legal assistance to people who can’t afford to pay for a solicitor to represent them. Eligibility is means tested (based on how much you earn) and there is also a “merit” test. Thredgold Law can guide you through this process and assist you in completing the application form.
What if I don’t qualify for legal aid?
